However, the challenge lay in scaling their unique intellectual property to meet the increasing demand.
Succession Plus had developed a set of tools, templates, and checklists, which evolved into a renowned 21-step process serving as the foundation for advisors in guiding their clients. The challenge was to transition this process into a seamless digital experience – a task easier said than done!
We meticulously examined the client journey to pinpoint areas for optimization, encompassing aspects like client onboarding, financials, valuation calculations, risk assessment, benchmarking, and the intricate 21-step valuation maximization process along with its implementation plan.

We built Capitaliz to be the heartbeat of a business, providing dynamic revaluation of a business’s worth. We embarked on an in-depth exploration of the valuation process, transforming spreadsheets into precise calculations, formulas, and a modern user interface. Our application seamlessly integrates with a range of tools, from Ibisworld to Xero, streamlining the data capture process.
In the latter half of 2021, the Capitaliz platform (SaaS) made its debut in the US market. Presently, the application caters to clients across the US, UK, AU, and NZ, empowering them to make informed decisions about retiring or exiting their businesses while gaining comprehensive insight into their business’s value.
