Our Design Projects

Island Media Management is pleased to announce the launch of its newest website right here at Our regular readers may have noticed that we missed our regular weekly blog post last week, and for that we apologize. The entire team has been working with full focus on getting the new site up and running. We are excited about the results and we hope you will enjoy the site as you come back to read more about online marketing trends.

Having launched our previous flagship website waaay back in 2012, we started noticing that the sites we were producing for clients were far more modern and user friendly than our own. Two years is a lifetime in internet years, and for a company that is always on the bleeding edge of technology, our website was letting us down.

The need to modernize the site was apparent and we especially wanted to focus on the following: imm-what-we-do-small_left_screen 1. Create an excellent user experience 2. Use a responsive design for all screen sizes 3. Streamline access to important content 4. Provide a clearer message about our company 5. Show off a little bit, but just a little

Keeping it simple

The trend for 2014 into 2015 is for minimalist, straight-forward websites which use prominent negative space and animated transitions to guide the user through the experience. What does all that mean? Basically: big shapes and moving stuff, all on one page.

While the avant-garde “one-page” designs are all the rage with design firms, many clients require more meat on their website. If you look closely, our site is really three different sections working with the same feel and navigation: the front “one-page,” the internal service pages, and this blog section. All are carefully designed to fulfill the intended purposes, respectively, to capture, convert and entertain our users.

and for you…

So what does all this mean to you? Not much, I suppose, but maybe a simple reassurance that our website now showcases our abilities when it comes to website design in Indonesia.

We invite you to get in touch with us to see how we can help you meet your web development, graphic design or internet marketing needs.
